Baldwin Street is home to one of the widest varieties of ethnic cuisines in Toronto, so it should
be of little surprise that the elegant Victorian Manor with the Spanish name is home to one of Toronto's finest in French Cuisine.

Bask in the warm summer breeze on Bodega's spacious patio as you enjoy foie gras and a chilled glass of wine.

When the windows are speckled with frost and the winter winds blow, you can take comfort by one of the cosy fireplaces and enjoy a hearty feast of lamb or plate of venison. Bodega is truly a restaurant for all seasons.

THE STAFF

Attentive, but not intrusive, Bodega's wait staff provide you with service that is friendly and professional. In the kitchen, the Chef and staff toil to deliver one outstanding meal after another. Each and every dish, a work of creativity and dedication.

Paul has always been a lover of fine food. Good food, good drink and good company is the motto that Paul brings to Bodega.

A master Chef himself, Paul continues to explore new ideas and express his passion for food, while maintaining a balance between classic French and new cutting edge techniques and flavours. Paul "lives to eat" not "eats to live".

Hotel trained by several world class Chefs, Paul has been in the kitchen, cooking up a storm, for over 25 years. 18 of those years, Paul headed the kitchen at another Toronto favourite location, Le Select Bistro. Though as much as Paul enjoys the kitchen, he has always wanted to own and operate his own restaurant.

Paul purchased the Toronto landmark, La Bodega Cuisine Francaise in May of 2003. Reopening it's doors as Bodega, it is now fulfilling Paul's dream: a place where people can dine on great food, sip a fine glass of wine and enjoy the company of their friends in a relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere.
